Shipping Policy

1) Where We Ship

  • Pakistan (Domestic): We ship nationwide to all major cities and most remote areas.

  • International (Overseas): We can deliver to select countries. Availability and fees vary by destination and will be shown at checkout or confirmed by our team.

2) Order Processing Times

  • Processing: 1–2 business days (Mon–Sat, excluding public holidays) after your order is placed and payment is confirmed.

  • Cut-off time: Orders placed after [08:00 pm PKT] are processed the next business day.

  • Pre-orders/Backorders: If an item is marked pre-order or out of stock, we’ll display/confirm the estimated dispatch date during checkout or via email.

3) Estimated Delivery Times

Pakistan (Domestic):

  • Metro/major cities: 2–4 business days after dispatch

  • Other cities/remote areas: 3–7 business days after dispatch

International:

  • Standard courier: 7–14 business days after dispatch (varies by country, customs, and local courier)

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Weather, carrier delays, operational disruptions, and holidays may affect timelines.

4) Shipping Fees & Free Shipping

  • Domestic shipping fee: Calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and promotions.

  • Free shipping in Pakistan: Orders with FREE SHIPPING PROMO CODE qualify for free standard shipping.

  • International shipping fee: Calculated at checkout or quoted by email for destinations not listed. Additional surcharges may apply for remote areas.

5) Cash on Delivery (COD) — If Offered

  • COD availability: COD is available for all domestic orders.

  • Verification: We may call or text to verify COD orders. Unverified orders may be cancelled.

  • Refusals: If a COD parcel is refused or undeliverable, future COD service may be restricted.

6) Tracking & Delivery

  • Tracking: A tracking link/number will be shared by email/SMS once your order is dispatched.

  • Delivery attempts: Couriers typically make 1–2 attempts. If unsuccessful, the parcel may be returned to us.

  • Address accuracy: Please ensure your address and contact details are correct. We are not responsible for delays/losses due to incomplete or incorrect information.

  • PO Boxes: Deliveries to PO boxes may be restricted depending on the courier.

 

7) International Payments, Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • Advanced payment: For international orders, order payment needs to be paid in advance.
  • Import charges: For overseas orders, all customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the recipient’s responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping fees (unless stated otherwise).

  • Customs clearance: Delays caused by customs are outside our control. We cannot change values or mark parcels as “gifts.”



8) Split Shipments

To speed up delivery, we may ship your order in multiple parcels at no extra cost. You’ll receive separate tracking details for each parcel (if applicable).

 

9) Delivery Issues (Lost, Damaged, Missing Items)

  • Damaged on arrival / wrong item: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@scalpnroots.pk with your order number, photos of the parcel, the label, and the product(s).

  • Missing/partially delivered: Check all parcels via tracking first. If items are still missing, notify us within 3 business days of the last recorded delivery.

  • Lost in transit: If the courier confirms a loss, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund according to our investigation outcome.

10) Undeliverable, Refused, or Unclaimed Parcels

  • If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, delivery refusal, non-payment of duties (international), or repeated failed attempts, we can:

    • Reship the order after collecting the reshipping fee, or

    • Refund the order minus original shipping and return-to-sender fees (where charged by the courier).

  • For international returns, additional return handling or customs charges may be deducted where applicable.

11) Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Before dispatch: If you need to edit your address, items, or cancel, contact [Support Email] immediately. We’ll do our best if the order hasn’t been packed or shipped.

  • After dispatch: Changes/cancellations aren’t possible. Please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for next steps.

12) Shipping Restrictions

  • We comply with all courier and aviation regulations. Certain products, sizes, or ingredients may be restricted for air shipping or in specific countries. If an item cannot be shipped to your location, we’ll notify you and refund the affected item(s).

13) Holiday & Sale Periods

During peak seasons (Eid, year-end sales, nationwide promotions), processing and delivery may take longer. We’ll post banner notices for major delays where possible.
