Welcome to Scalp&Roots (“Scalp&Roots,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website at www.scalpnroots.pk (the “Site”) and any purchasing or customer-support services we provide (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy (incorporated by reference). If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1) Eligibility

We currently offer guest checkout only—you are not required to create an account to place an order.
We may refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion (e.g., suspected fraud, stock limits, pricing/typographical errors).

2) Product Information & Safety

We aim to describe products (including ingredients, usage directions, pricing, and availability) accurately. Packaging/labeling may vary over time or appear differently on screens.
Ingredient/Allergy Notice: Always read the ingredient list on the product packaging before use. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
Our products and Site content are cosmetic/wellness only and not medical advice; they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Consult a qualified healthcare professional if pregnant/nursing, on medication, or managing a medical condition. Results vary.

3) Orders, Pricing, Taxes & Payment

Submitting an order is an offer to buy products under these Terms; we confirm acceptance by email/SMS or by dispatching your order.
Prices are listed in PKR and may change without notice. Applicable taxes, duties, and shipping fees are shown at checkout.
We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. By paying, you confirm you’re authorized to use the selected method and authorize us (and our payment processor) to charge the full order amount.

4) Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss

Estimated delivery times shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees. External factors (e.g., courier delays, weather, holidays) may affect timelines.
Title and risk of loss pass to you once we hand your order to the carrier. Please ensure your address and contact details are accurate.
International Orders (if available): The recipient is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import restrictions in the destination country.

5) Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

For hygiene/safety reasons, opened or used products may be ineligible for return unless defective or required by law.
To request a return or report a defect/damage, email info@scalpnroots.pk within 6 days of delivery with your order number, photos, and details. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method only. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless we made an error.

6) Offers, Discounts & Gift Cards

Coupons, promotional codes, and discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
Promotions are subject to change/withdrawal without notice.
Gift cards (if offered) are non-refundable, not redeemable for cash (except as required by law), and subject to terms provided at purchase.

7) User Content & Reviews

By posting or submitting reviews, photos, comments, or other content (“User Content”), you grant Scalp&Roots a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, transferable, and sub-licensable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, translate, distribute, display, and create derivative works from your User Content for any lawful purpose (including marketing).
You represent that your User Content is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe third-party rights. We may moderate or remove content at our discretion.

8) Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Violate any applicable laws or third-party rights;
Post unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or infringing content;
Interfere with or attempt to probe/scan the Site’s security;
Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access, place orders, or extract data (except as permitted by law);
Misuse discount programs, resell products in violation of any Resale/Wholesale Policy (if applicable), or engage in fraud.

9) Intellectual Property

The Site and all content (including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, product names/formulas, and look-and-feel) are owned by or licensed to Scalp&Roots and protected by intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. No rights are granted except as expressly stated.

10) Third-Party Services

The Site may link to third-party websites or tools (e.g., payment gateways, couriers, social platforms). We do not control and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to those providers’ terms.

11) Communications (Email/SMS/WhatsApp)

By providing your email or mobile number at checkout or elsewhere on the Site, you consent to receive transactional messages (e.g., order and delivery updates).
With your opt-in, you may also receive marketing messages. Message/data rates may apply. You may unsubscribe at any time via the provided links or by contacting us. Unsubscribing from marketing does not affect essential transactional messages.

12) Disclaimers

The Services and products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected.
Cosmetic results vary by individual; we do not guarantee specific outcomes.

13) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scalp&Roots (and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents) shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business interruption arising from or related to the Services or products.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you actually paid for the product(s) giving rise to the claim in the three (3) months preceding the event.

14) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Scalp&Roots and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Services, or your User Content.

15) Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control (including natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, pandemics, government actions, or courier/utility interruptions).

16) Changes to the Site & Terms

We may modify the Site, products, policies, and these Terms at any time. Updates take effect upon posting on this page with a new “Last Updated” date. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

19) Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time, with or without cause. Sections intended to survive termination (e.g., IP, Disclaimers, Liability, Indemnity, Governing Law) will continue to apply.
